Elizabeth Florine “Sister” Womack, age 74, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016.  She was born in Covington to the late Tommy Lee and Florine Fuller Womack on June 25, 1942.  Affectionately known as “Sister” she never met a stranger, loved everyone and was always happy.  Ms. Womack is survived by her brothers: Tommy Ray Womack of Oxford, Jimmy D. Womack of Loganville, her twin sister Faustine Payne, and sisters: Nancy Smith and Mary Yates all of Oxford along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services for Sister will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Reverend Virgil Cantrell officiating.  Interment will follow at Oxford Historical Cemetery.  The family received friends at the funeral home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2016.  J.C.
