Mrs. Elisha Kay Banks, age 42, of Monroe passed away July 4, 2017.  She was born May 22, 1975 in Covington, Georgia.  Elisha enjoyed NASCAR; #14 Clint Bower was her favorite driver.  She also enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and holidays; Halloween and Christmas being her favorite.  Elisha was preceded in death by her brother; Lee Glow and is survived by her husband; Andrew Banks of Monroe her son; Dawson Lee Harvard also of Monroe her parents; Howard and Judy Glow of Newborn her best friend and “Sista” Mandy Pruett along with several aunts, uncles, other family and close friends. 

Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Monday, July 10, 2017, at Shiloh Baptist Church with Pastor Danny Sorrells officiating.  Interment will follow at the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.  J.C.
