  Mr. Dexter Derrell was born January 7, 1965 in Covington Georgia to the Parentage of Stanley and  Clida Parker.

     Dexter was baptized at New Hope Baptist Church at an early age. He enjoyed attending Sunday School and Worship Service with his uncle Tony Morris.

    Dexter atttended Newton High School. He enjoyed working at JC Hillary and Long John Silver Restaurants. Dexter also attended Community Intergration Home in Augusta, Georgia, where he was able to express his passion for Culinary Arts  and Caring for others.

   Dexter was a devoted son, brother and uncle. He was preceded in death by is grandparents, Earnest and Doris Morris; Jack Parker and Julia Webb. He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving and devoted mother, Clida Parker, father,Stanley Parker, Step father, Eugene Wood, brothers, Timothy Parker, Dana Parker, Kinta Parker and Quinta Parker a devoted sister, Michelle Parker, supportive nurses, Shannon Lariscy and Dehia Cochran and  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
