JASPER, Ga. (AP) — Authorities say a man facing charges in a DUI crash that killed his newlywed wife was arrested again over the weekend for drunk driving.
The Pickens County sheriff's office says 28-year-old Ryan Quinton was arrested early Saturday morning after a sobriety test showed his blood-alcohol level was .158. Georgia's limit is .08.
Jail records show that aside from drunk driving, Quinton was also charged with failure to maintain lane and failure to stop at a stop sign. Jail records show Quinton was released late Saturday morning.
Quinton was out on bond for charges linked to a late December accident that killed 25-year-old Kali Dobson. It's unclear if he has an attorney and a message left at a phone number listed for him was not immediately returned.
