ATLANTA (AP) — A mobile dental care clinic is planning to offer free service in Atlanta next week while affiliated offices throughout the state offer a free day of service.
Aspen Dental representatives say their MouthMobile will be stationed at the Ben Massell Dental Clinic in west midtown Atlanta on Feb. 11 to provide free oral health services — including x-rays, filings and simple extractions — and educational tools.
The free service is part of the Healthy Mouth Movement, a community initiative intended to deliver free dental care to people in need across the country.
Aspen Health, which operates clinics in Carrollton, Columbus, Conyers, Dalton, Douglasville, Gainesville and Newnan, is also planning to offer a free day of service on Feb. 15. Patients visiting those clinics are asked to call to make appointments.
