A Cumming man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly masturbating on a webcam with an undercover investigator that he believed to be a middle school-aged girl.

According to the investigator, 33-year-old Andrew Vincent Skelhorn first made contact with her in a chat room when she was posing as a juvenile in August 2010 and within minutes of initiating contact became inappropriate on the webcam.

Newton County Sheriff’s Investigators, with the help of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Skelhorn at the home where he lives with his parents without incident. The Georgia Bureau of Investigations assisted with the computer forensics investigation.

Skelhorn was charged with sexual exploitation of a child, electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor and computer pornography.
