Stefanie Turk, the daughter of Dorothy Barr and Charles Manuel recently received a certification in Phlebotomy and Medical Assistance. Turk attended Omnitech in Decatur, where she was an honor student with a 4.0 GPA. She was also named ambassador of her class. Graduation was held Feb. 11 at Tucker High School in Tucker.
