FCA students recognized

Piedmont Academy's chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes recognized fall student-athletes who demonstrated the club's core values of integrity, serving, teamwork, and excellence on the varsity and middle school squads, respectively.

Cheerleading: Grayson Bradley, Amanda O'Neal, Brittnee Phillips and Clare Maloney.

Cross Country: Anne Marie Hildebrant, Alina Jablonski, Lynne Marie Edwards and Savannah McGinnis.

Football: Alex Martin, Zach Mooney, Zack Whitwell and Britton Bailey.

Softball: Madison Burnham, Ashley Johnston, Cheyenne Galloway and Morgan Tillman.

The FCA club's mission is "To see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes."

Throughout the year, the FCA reaches out to athletes and coaches with prayer, treats and acknowledgments. The FCA club is sponsoring "PAC Pink Out Day" next Wednesday in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a Dance-a-Thon for CURE.ORG in February, and a community wide Fields of Faith event in the spring. Look for the Piedmont FCA float in the Deer Festival Nov. 3.
