 Kristi and Brad Williams of Covington announce the birth of their daughter Baylee Reese Williams Dec. 31 at Newton Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds and 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Larry and Dianne Allen of Covington. Paternal grandparents are Larry and Alice Williams of Conyers. Brother to the newborn is Hayden Williams.
