The Rockdale Youth Soccer Association has gone global.
The organization founded in 1972, signed an agreement with English Premier League team, Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday.
"The partnership will improve our existing recreation, academy and select format in regards to player and coaching education," RYSA coach Rafe Mauran said. "(It will) expand our player's horizons by travelling to and training at the Wolves academy, and exposing our players to the Wolves academy philosophy and staff through summer camp opportunities here at RYSA."
This summer RYSA will host a Wolves North American Academy Elite ID camp on July 10-12.
According to the Wolves, players will be trained and evaluated by a coach from the Wolves premier league academy.
Players who display potential will be invited to a Wolves Academy Experience at the Wolves Academy in England in the spring 2013.
