Mr. James Marcus Kelly, Jr., age 69 of Conyers, died October 2, 2010 at home with his family. He was born April 25, 1941, in Spartanburg, S.C. Jim was in ROTC throughout his college career and a 1964 graduate of Clemson A & M College (Clemson University) in South Carolina. Jim began his work as a civil engineer in June 1964 for the United States Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division where he was employed for 33 years.
