Adam Hood allowed just three hits and zero unearned runs in 4 2/3 innings but Salem couldn't finish it, falling 5-2 to Apalachee on Friday night. The Salem Seminoles had trouble driving in base runners, and keeping it in their gloves on defense in their seventh straight loss.
