Fred Boscarino, president of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, was named the Chamber Executive of the Year in the state this past Thursday. Boscarino was presented with the Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executive's top award at the 2012 GACCE Annual Conference held at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel. Boscarino has been with the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce for about nine years and has been in the chamber profession for over 30 years.
