The Conyers-Rockdale Council for the Arts announced Jackie Sprague as the new executive director of the arts non-profit. Sprague, who has served as the CRCA office manager for the last two years, would take over for interim Executive Director Fran Jones. In a released statement, the CRCA board said, "Mrs. Jones has given many countless hours of her time, her talents, and her financial gifts to the organization... We couldn’t have done it without her vision and determination.
