Steve Temples of Covington, passed away January 7, 2015, at the age of 67. Steve worked in the construction industry his entire life and was very passionate about his work. He and his wife, Linda, enjoyed traveling, and made lots of memorable snow skiing trips. Additionally, he enjoyed showing Western Pleasure horses and riding his Harley. Steve cherished his family dearly and especially adored all three of his girls.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Linda Temples; daughters, Heather Temples Day and her husband, Chris, Krista Temples Holbrook and her husband, Matt; grandchildren, Harli Jordan Hipps, Mason Christopher Day; sisters, Pat Temples Ciani, Cindy Turbyfield; brothers, Dwayne Temples, Keith Temples; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dean and Kendall Hoffman; nephews, Jake and Cade Hoffman; many other nieces and nephews; and dear cousin, Dorothy Dodson.

A Graveside Service for Steve was held Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington, with Dr. Jeff Perkins officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made the Alzheimer’s Association — Georgia Chapter, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550, Atlanta, GA 30346.
