Mrs. Imogene Herron Graham, 78, of Toccoa, died Dec. 8 at Cottingham Hospice House, Seneca, S.C. The daughter of the late N.R. and Faye Smith Herron, she was born in 1930 in Franklin County. She grew up and lived most of her life on Rose Lane in Toccoa, being a great neighbor with a terrific sense of humor. She loved to play games with her family and friends.
