Carol Victoria Yearout of Newborn, passed away on July 18, 2013, at the age of 65.

Mrs. Yearout dearly loved her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed scrapbooking, card-making and was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her father, Lt. Col. Raymond Britton, and her mother, Annie Laurie Britton. Survivors include her loving husband of 43 years, Thomas W. Yearout; daughter, Laura Elizabeth Yearout; son, David Andrew Yearout; brother, Charles M. Britton; grandchildren, Austin Raymond Yearout, Justin Andrew Yearout, and Elizabeth Victoria Rose Vargas; and a niece and nephew.

A memorial service for Mrs. Yearout was held Saturday, July 27, at 11 a.m. at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church, on the Emory University Campus, 1660 North Decatur Road, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30307.
