Coach Henry James "Jimmy" Wright is remembered as a talented basketball player and coach, but friends and family were even more impressed by his loving and generous spirit. In honor of Wright, who died last January, the Newton County Recreation Commission is naming the basketball court of the remodeled Wolverine Gym "Jimmy Wright Court." The court dedication is from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at Wolverine Gym, 8134 Geiger Street.
