Three Covington teens are currently being charged with two separate rapes that occurred last week. In the first case, the mother of a 13-year-old girl called police on July 1, around 7 p.m., and reported that her daughter had just been sexually assaulted in the area of Magnolia Heights apartments. The mother told officers that the incident had occurred in a wooded area near the apartment building.
