LAWRENCEVILLE - Owners of a hot air balloon reported stolen in Gwinnett County say the aircraft has been found in the northeast Georgia town of Winder. WSB-TV reports that Gwinnett police found the balloon on Stanley Road in Winder. The balloon was stolen Monday night from a trailer on Collins Hill Road in Lawrenceville, where it was being stored.
