The victim of Monday afternoon’s fatality wreck has been identified as 39-year-old Terrance Michael Collins of Oxford. He was killed after being thrown from his motorcycle during the accident. According to Georgia State Patrol Spokesman Gordy Wright, troopers received a call around 4:40 p.m. of a two-vehicle crash on Stone Road.
