Brian Evan Morgan, 49, of Covington was charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of children, both felonies, after GBI investigators, with the assistance of Newton County Sheriff's Office deputies, served a Dec. 11 search warrant at his residence, said GBI spokesperson John Bankhead. "On a forensic review at the residence, they found images of child porn and charged him," Bankhead said. GBI investigators with the Internet Crimes against Children taskforce received a tip about Morgan's alleged involvement with sharing files of child pornography.
