A fight over a buggy at the Dollar Tree led to an arrest Friday evening. A woman called police for help, saying that while she was shopping a woman approached her while she was looking at coffee mugs and began yelling, asking if she had taken her buggy. The woman, later identified as Cynthia Denise Smiley, continued to accuse her of stealing her buggy.
