Always prepared: Aulden Jones puts a fresh coat of paint on his Pinewood derby car as he and members of Boy Scout Pack 4511 put the finishing touches on their cars Saturday morning in the First Presbyterian Church of Covington Fellowship Hall. Pack 4511 plans to make more than 20 cars that will compete in the Pinewood Derby on Feb. 28 at First Presbyterian Church of Covington. The top three winners of Pack 4511’s derby will advance to the District Pinewood Derby on March 14 in the Prospect United Methodist Church gym.
