Jeanette W. Cowan, 92, of Conyers, died Sept. 3. The daughter of the late Franklin Milton and Ettie Smith Watson, she was born in 1914 in Newton County. Mrs. Cowan lived most of her life in Rockdale County and was employed as a seamstress for 25 years by Pacific Overall Company.
