Hunting for eggs is not what it used to be -- not when there is water involved.

Rockdale County's Parks and Recreation Division will hold an underwater egg hunt Saturday, March 27 at Johnson Park, 1781 Ebenezer Road.

The eggs placed in the swimming pool will be floating above and sunk below the surface for children two to 10 years old to locate. The schedule will be as follow:

Ages two to four years old -- 4:30 p.m. (Parents may be required to get in the water with child)
Ages five to seven years old -- 5:30 p.m.
Ages eight to 10 years old -- 5:30 p.m.

The cost of the event is $2 and participants must pre-register. For more information, call 770-278-PLAY.
