Two civic groups that are essential to the welfare of the Rockdale-Conyers community the Rockdale and Conyers Rotary held a changing of the guard last week.

Members of both groups are involved in almost every worthwhile activity in our area by providing either money raised by the Rotarians from the community or by personal leadership and participation.

The new leaders are Tom Harrison of the Rockdale Club who takes over the gavel from Margie Ensley and Mike Hilleboe who takes over charge of the Conyers Club from Daniel Digby.

We wish both these new leaders and the members of both clubs well and hope their year is met with continued success and good will.
