The Covington Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will host its first annual Wellness Symposium Saturday, April 23 at Newton High School, 1 Ram Way, Covington from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Speaker topics will include heart health, spiritual and mental health, aging gracefully and transitioning into college. There will be demonstrations on healthy cooking, Zumba, line dancing and Silver Sneaker aerobics.

Several community vendors will be showcasing their products and services.
