IN BRIEF: Two crashes with injuries but no reported fatalities, one involving a flipped over car and a second involving two vehicles, brought Interstate 20 to a standstill about a mile before exit 90 in Newton County around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

"The road is back open in the one Georgia State Patrol is working at the 89 eastbound. It was a two-vehicle crash with an injury. One of the vehicles overturned. I don't see a helicopter request or indication of a critical injury," according to an email from GSP spokesman Gordy Wright.
