Georgia DOT maintenance crews have scheduled to continue tractor mowing on Ga. Highway 212 and Ga. Highway 36 and have scheduled to continue roadway ditch maintenance requiring a single lane closure on Ga. Highway 12, Ga. Highway 142 and Ga. Highway 162 in Newton County. This work is tentatively scheduled daily between 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Flagmen may be used for this work. Motorists are asked to use caution, reduce their speed and be alert to changing traffic conditions.
