The Newton County Chamber of Commerce will hold a “Build a Business” presentation on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 5:30 p.m. at The Center for Community Preservation and Planning, 2104 Washington Street, Southwest, Covington.

The event features guest speakers from Franchoice, a franchise matching company; the University of Georgia Small Business Development; Newton County local bankers; and the Newton County and City of Covington business staff.
