Mr. and Mrs. Ricky (Jean) Moss, of Social Circle, and Mr. and Mrs. Andy (Annson) Bates, of Oxford, would like to announce the engagement of their children Gennie Lynn Moss and Matthew Caleb Bates. Gennie is the granddaughter of the late Noah and Della Lawson of Frenchburg, Kentucky and the late Melvin and Mabeii Vloss o·f Rutledge. Gennie is a graduate of Eastside High School and attended Georgia Piedmont College.
