Virginia Smith Milner of Jackson, came to rest June 18, 2010, at the age of 84. Mrs. Milner and her husband, Charles, owned and operated Lakeside Restaurant in Lithonia, for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.
