Donald W. Steele, 74, passed away at his residence in Covington, February 16, 2011. Son of the late Dewey Watson and Margaret McCart Steele, he was a member of High Point Baptist Church. Mr. Steele retired as Director of the Georgia Revenue Department after more than 34 years of service.
