PREP FOOTBALL: Latest Georgia Sports Writers Association high school poll released
CovNewsSports

Thanks to Lowndes' 57-0 route of Newton, the Vikings move up to No. 2 in the latest GSWA poll, which means that if these current rankings hold true over the course of the season, the Newton Rams will have, at some point, played the Nos. 1, 2 and 3 teams in the state's largest classification.

Check out this week's poll in its entirety. Our sports writer, Gabriel Stovall, contributes to voting in each week's poll.
