CLUB VOLLEYBALL: Rams boys place fifth in GVCA Boys tourney

FOREST PARK, Ga. — On Saturday, May 7, the Newton High School boys club volleyball team competed in the Georgia Volleyball Coaches Association Boys Volleyball tournament held at the Tsunami Volleyball Complex in Forest Park. 

The Rams qualified for the Gold Bracket by being one of the top eight teams. In the Gold Bracket, Newton finished in fifth place out of 20 total teams. 

Newton’s boys club volleyball team has only competed for the past two years.
