16 Rams sign letters of intent

Newton had 16 players and their families come on stage to sign national letters of intent on Signing Day.

Newton High School had 16, well, 17 signees make it official on National Signing Day Wednesday, if you count former Newton Ram, Toyous Avery, who signed his letter of intent to play for West Virginia University after playing two years of JUCO at Coffeyville Community College.

Coach Terrance Banks expects a few more players to sign in the near future. Here are the players and their future college homes.
