IN BRIEF: Water was reportedly out for some residents along the Oglesby Bridge Road area starting from early morning to about midday Saturday. The phone system option to report water emergencies to Rockdale Water Resources was also malfunctioning, dropping callers.  RWR Director Dwight Wicks said the county had been experiencing phone system difficulties during the week and was working on the system.
