Residents in the Lakeview Estates community are still waiting to find out if the water in their community will be shut off.The hearing between Rockdale Water Resources and PoyntSource Solutions Inc. was postponed for a second time after CEO Libby Poynter was admitted to the hospital, according to the court. The case is set to be heard Friday, April 24.Lakeview's 3,000-plus residents are caught in the middle of a legal battle between PoyntSource Solutions and the county. Rockdale County officials maintain the company owes more than $51,000 in past due bills.
