IN BRIEF: In the culmination of six months of growing dissention between the Rockdale County Water and Sewer Authority and Rockdale Water Resources, the Authority voted Thursday morning 6-1 to recommend to the Board of Commissioners not renew the contract of RWR Director Dwight Wicks when it expires in December, with Authority member Darrell Thomas voting against.  The Authority board also voted to accept two HR complaints from RWR Deputy Director Dr. Terrell Gibbs about the conduct of Authority member Garvin Haynes towards himself and Wicks.
