The suspects tied with a string of Waffle House robberies, including the one located at 1174 West Avenue on Sept. 7, were arrested after hitting another Waffle House in Forsyth County.

Wendell Chappell Jr., a 19-year old Decatur resident, allegedly entered the Conyers Waffle House with a black handgun and demanded money behind the eatery's counter, while Shikeem Williams, a 17-year old Sandy Springs resident, stayed in front of the counter and collected the money.

Chappell and Williams, who had their faces covered while committing the robbery on West Avenue, robbed another Waffle House located on Evans Mill Road in DeKalb County approximately 20 minutes later.

According to police reports, suspects using the same method and with the same physical descriptions then robbed a Waffle House in Forsyth County on Sept. 16, a Gwinnett County Waffle House on Sept. 20 and another Forsyth County Waffle House on Sept. 22

Following the robbery last Wednesday, a Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputy was able to get behind the suspect vehicle as it left the area and stopped it. Deputies arrested Chappell and Williams along with Tameka White and Shakiva Rivers.

The Conyers Police Department has obtained arrest warrants for all four suspects.
