IN BRIEF: A vehicle fire near the on-ramp from Ga. Highway 138 to Interstate 20 west has been extinguished but is slowing traffic. The pickup truck caught fire around 8 p.m. and became fully involved but was quickly extinguished by firefighters that arrived on the scene. Check back later for more.
