Residents in Conyers and Rockdale County have been reeling from back-to-back shooting incidents over the past week that left a father and a local teen dead.

In an effort to address the outbreak of violence and what it means for the community, organizers, with the support of the county commissioners, have scheduled a Town Hall meeting for Thursday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Rockdale Auditorium, located at 903 Main Street in Conyers.
