The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch effective until 2 a.m. for Rockdale County and mucnh of north Georgia.

The forecasters are calling for severe weather between 9 p.m. and midnight Wednesday in Conyers and much of metro Atlanta. Long-tracked tornadoes and large hail are possible. Here's the radar and here is the Hazardous Weather Outlook issued this morning.

There's a 90 percent chance of storms after 8 p.m., according to the weather service.

The stormy weather should give way to sun and a high of 75 on Thursday and of 79 for Friday.
