Rockdale County Public Schools recognized the best and the brightest students and teachers from RCPS's high schools for 2012-2013 at the Superintendent's Academic Awards Ceremony on Monday evening at Rockdale County High School.
The top 10 students for the 10th, 11th and 12th grades in each high school were named Academic Scholars.
