Some of Rockdale's brightest high school students were honored by the Conyers Rotary Club on Thursday.

One high school senior from each high school and their teacher were recognized during the special annual program, sponsored by the Bank of North Georgia.

This year's honorees are Heritage High School senior Jessica Reed and teacher Marcia Tanner, Salem High School senior Laura Elizabeth Nelson and teacher Dean Goldgar, Forckdale Magnet School for Science and Technology senior Fanfei Li and math teacher Chuck Garner.
