IN BRIEF: The annual State of the City address will be held Wednesday, Jan. 7, 7 p.m. at the Cherokee Run Golf Club in the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers. Mayor Randy Mills and each of the Conyers City Council members will give a summary of the work and accomplishments of the city in the past year and upcoming projects. The meeting is open to the public.
