SSEMC bike ride Sept. 21 for Relay for Life

Snapping Shoals EMC gears up for a good cause Snapping Shoals EMC is getting ready for its annual community benefit for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. The 10th Annual Ride for the Cure will take place on Saturday, September 21.

  Registration for the motorcycle ride will begin at 9 a.m. at the SSEMC headquarters, located at 14750 Brown Bridge Road in Covington.

  The registration fee is $25 per rider, which includes a t-shirt. The cost for passengers is $10. Extra t-shirts may be purchased for $15 each. All registered motorcycle ride participants will receive one raffle ticket and may purchase more for the chance to win a variety of prizes. The ride will leave SSEMC headquarters at 10:45 a.m. and riders will travel about 60 miles throughout our service territory and end at Mountain Motorsports in Conyers.

Snapping Shoals Electric Membership Corporation is a consumer-owned electric cooperative providing electric service to approximately 95,000 homes and businesses in an eight-county area.
