Mr. James Scott "Scotty" Kinard, age 62 of Conyers, died Friday, September 16, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Doris Kinard, Conyers; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Marisa Kinard; daughters and son-in-law, Anna and James Urban, Shelly Kinard, all of FL; grandchildren, Caitlin, Gabriel, Austin, Benjamin, George, Helen, Skylar, and Daniel; sister, Nancy Mozelle Kinard. Mr. Kinard was a veteran of 9 years in the United States Army and served in Vietnam. For the last 5 years Scotty worked for the Conyers Wal-Mart. He was an electrician and previously worked as a manager for a pest control company. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 19, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Rev. Mark George officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Sunday, September 18, 2011 from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
