The New-Roc Charter Chapter 1411 of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) is offering a scholarship up to $1,500 through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Education Fund (SBMEF). 

In order to be eligible, candidates must be women who: (1) are U.S. citizens and Newton or Rockdale County residents, (2) will be a junior or above at an accredited college or university in August 2011 (3) will be attending an accredited college or university seeking a baccalaureate degree or higher and (4) have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale.
